      The Miamisburg Rotary Club receives many requests for funding.  To simplify this process we have a FILLABLE (online) .pdf form that you can download and send to us.  We recommend that you also download the instructions for completing the form.

     We review and evaluate requests for compatibility with our community support goals and objectives.

     If support is granted, the amount will be provided based on the availability of funds.
