Chris is the Director of Development for the City of Miamisburg. He will address how the pandemic affected developments that were expected or ongoing during the shut-down and his opinion of how the City is positioned for new developments going forward. He will also address expectations for existing companies within the City to grow and take on new employees over the next year.
