Five Steps to Getting Your Team Behind You
Nov. 04, 2026 12:00 p.m.
Description: Join the Miamisburg Rotary Club on Wednesday, November 4, as we welcome back Marty Grunder, Founder & CEO of Grunder Landscaping Co. and The Grow Group, for **Five Steps to Getting Your Team Behind You**. A leadership title alone doesn't guarantee trust, dedication, or strong performance. Marty will explore five steps toward building a team that's truly behind you, drawing on the qualities successful business owners and operators consistently demonstrate. Whether you're a business owner, manager, community leader, or someone looking to become a more effective leader, this presentation offers an opportunity to rethink how you motivate, support, and inspire the people around you. We look forward to welcoming Marty back to the Miamisburg Rotary Club! Speaker Bio: |
